Terms & Conditions
These are the ground rules for using Carzbooth. They are written in plain language, because a contract you cannot understand is not much use to either of us.

Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Carzbooth, you agree to these terms. If you are using Carzbooth for a business, you confirm that you can agree on its behalf.
What Carzbooth does
Carzbooth takes photos of cars that you upload, removes the surroundings and the reflections, and places the car in a studio booth. We work to make the result as good as we can, but the quality of the output depends on the quality of the photo you send. We keep improving the service, so features and booths can change over time.
Your account
Give us accurate details and keep them up to date
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your login
Do not share one login between people unless your plan includes team accounts
Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into your account
Your photos and what you let us do with them
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us permission to store them, process them and show them back to you, for the sole purpose of providing the service. You confirm that you took the photos or have the right to use them, and that they do not break anyone else’s rights.
The finished photos
You can use the booth photos we create for your listings, your website and your marketing. We keep ownership of the software, the booth designs and everything else that makes Carzbooth work. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them.
Honest listings
Carzbooth is built so the car looks like itself. We do not remove damage, and you must not use the service to hide damage or to give buyers a false idea of a car’s condition. You are responsible for making sure your listings are accurate and follow the advertising and consumer laws that apply to you.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars. Each plan includes a number of cars a month, as shown on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time and your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for. If we change a price, we will tell you before it applies to you. Taxes are added where the law requires.
Free demos
Where we offer a free demo, such as the demo on 25 cars for Enterprise, it is provided to let you judge the service. It does not commit you to anything.
Using the service properly
Please do not:
Upload anything illegal, or anything you have no right to use
Try to break into the service, overload it or get around its limits
Use the service to harm, mislead or harass anyone
Resell access to Carzbooth without our written agreement
Availability and support
We aim to keep Carzbooth running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may pause the service for maintenance. Support is by email at contact@carzbooth.com.
What we promise, and what we do not
We provide the service with reasonable care. Apart from that, it is provided as it is. We cannot guarantee that the output will suit every photo or every purpose, or that using it will lead to a sale.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Carzbooth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or lost profit. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending things
You can stop using Carzbooth and close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where that is reasonable. When an account closes, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect. Carrying on using Carzbooth after a change means you accept it.
